They were unable to fulfill my order even when I graciously gave them more than twice the time. So many excuses, and some outright lies. I am asking for a refund of my deposit of 60% from January.

I've given these people two orders. Delivery of the first one was late, and they had the measurements all wrong, so it had to be redone.
