Very disappointing experience. It has been four months since I reported a fraudulent transaction on my account, yet no meaningful action has been taken. Despite multiple follow-ups, I didn't receive

Most of the time given T.P numbers are engaged. Pls provide us a feasible TP number. Further more, ATM services are very poor & digital service as well.

Poor service, My transactions has been hold for more than week, and they do not replay emails.

Poor customer service. Staff doesn't care about customers and doesn't serve politely.

Poor service. I waited more than 3 hours till my turn comes
