The worst customer care service in srilanka. No one cares about the customers’ complains and very bad responses. Please pay attention about customers before the move to another service.

It has been almost a month since I paid all the dues in my bill and I was told that my disconnected telecom connection will be restored but still not.they havn't been given my old connect until now

This is re a complaint made to U on 18.01.24 about the fault of my fibre line and peo tv., no one attended it till the evening 19.01.24 but I received a msg saying it was ok.this is very bad for slt.
