SLT - Regional Office - Ratmalana

Extremely poor service. They only take payments up front, no follow-up or no courtesy towards the customer. Worst service provider ever

WORST COMPANY. Without any permission, branches from the tree inside our property has been cut and the mess has been left on the main road. This is illegal.

Since 2nd of May my telephone out of order still they could not provide service SLT changed my PEO tv connection to fiber mode on that day since that day TV channels also doesn't give clear picture

Utter dissatisfaction. No response for the complaint made on 12th and today is 15th. If the bill is delayed we get thousand calls. But the service of SLT had gone into dogs. Shame on you.

One of the worst customer service by Ratmalana Office. My TV connection, WI FI and Telephone connections all broke down four days ago. Up to now no communication from SLT to restore service.
