Colombo Fort Railway Inquiries

Never answer the phone and unable to reach to get informations, the train schedules in the website is not accurate ,

have been trying to call fort station through all the numbers given. No one answered. I noticed that people are their as the line was busy for sometime. still after that there was no answer.

Bad service from railway employees. Didn't answer the telephone.

මම පොල්ගහවෙල දුම්රිය ස්ථානයට ඇමතුමක ගන්න දවස් දෙකක් උත්සාහ කළා. ඒත් කිසිම පුතිචාරයක් නෑ rings යනවා ගන්නෙ නෑ. අන්තිම දුර්වල තැනක්. මේවා ගැන හොයලා බලන්න කිසිම කෙනෙක් නෑ. හරිම අකාර්යක්ෂම රාජ්‍ය සේවකයෝ.

I tried multiple times to get information but no one picking up the phone. You can experience the worst customer service in sri lankan government services specially railway. Must be privatised.
