Leasing
Leasing is a means of owning a good over a specified period of time. Depending on the contract the good may be owned on full payment or at the end of specified period where payments are made on a regular basis until the full payment is complete. The ownership then passes in full to the buyer. The usual goods sold via lease are automobiles. In property cases, the ownership may revert to the original seller after an extended period.
